Organised by the Irish Seamen's Relatives Association (1939-46), In remembrance of Frank Evans  (CWGC Record), Arthur Freeman and Walter Skett murdered by the Nazis during the second world war, and to commemorate the Liberation of Milag Nord POW camp on the 28^th April 1945 by the guards division.
